According to the Forbes Billionaire Index, Donald Trump’s net worth is estimated at $4.9 billion. He was included on the Forbes 400 Billionaire list but dropped in 2023 after penalties from the court and the loss of his Truth Social app.

The merger of Digital World Acquisition Corp. and Trump Media in March 2024 garnered a $2.3 Billion boost in Trump’s net worth. But after two weeks in April, the market value of Trump Media specifically Truth Socila tanked from $10 billion to $5 billion, resulting in a drop in his net worth to $4.9 billion.

Records indicate that he inherited most of his wealth from his father Fred Trump, and acquired significant loans from banks and financial institutions. Fred Trump established a Trust Fund for all of his children in 1949, each receiving $1 million, which, adjusted for inflation, is worth four times more according to the latest dollar value. Trump also withdrew an additional $2 million from the fund. He describes himself as a self-made millionaire which is not true, he took a heavy portion from his father’s inheritance which he used for his future business ventures. He owns multiple businesses, real estate properties, hotels, casinos, golf courses, winery, and investments. He also launched his personal care and fashion products like perfumes, caps, shirts, souvenirs, and recently Trump sneakers as well.

In March 2008 another big project was launched, The Trump International Hotel, Las Vegas a 64-story grand tower covered with gold color glass shining like gold on the Vegas Strip.
